Penguin Of the Month!

Penguin( or user of the month) of the month is a special thing i like to do and every month the 222sally team picks a penguin and will show him/her on my site! I will publish the first one soon. How do I pick someone ?? I pick the penguin/user by which one contributes the most on my site every month. Example’s:: if you comment or like or rate or vote and ect.
